Nata a Torino il 24 aprile 1971, si trasferisce a Roma per frequentare i corsi di recitazione di Beatrice Bracco e successivamente il Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. Poi in seguito a New York, frequenta l'Actor's Studio.
Nel 1994 debutta nel cinema con il film Effetto, regia di Federico Cagnoni, seguito nel 1995 da Palermo Milano solo andata, regia di Claudio Fragasso.
Il successo arriva con la parte di Naima, l'esperta di hardware di Nirvana (1997) di Gabriele Salvatores. Nel 1998 recita nel film Viol@.
